This cours takes place in Zurawia (in constrast to the 2. department) and has a duration of 5 days. This course was very demanding and we learned a lot in this one week! Seminars start in the morning at 8 and last around one and a half hour. They were stuffed with a lot of information and required preperation to understand correctly. After a small break of around 15 minutes we continued classed with our assistant. First, we discussed the seminar and revised the most important facts. Thereafter we visited patients, took historys and perfomed physical examinations. On the last day we went to the dialysis unit, learned which  types of dialyzers there are and how they work.
