Compared to the others, this library has only one floor (2nd floor) dedicated to self-study, resulting in limited seating. However, its prime location in the center of the city makes it the most convenient. Moreover, the library has a modern design, with abundance of natural light that creates a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for study.
