However, due to its competitive pricing and prime location, the availability of rooms tends to be limited and fills up quickly. While there are numerous channels to find apartments, if it's your first time in Białystok, we highly recommend working with a reputable real estate agent. They can provide valuable guidance and assistance in finding the right place for you.
As you become more familiar with the city, especially if you have the opportunity to visit and view apartments in person, it is possible to find your own apartment without the assistance of a real estate agent.
You can know about an available place through friends and there are various online resources available, such as websites and groups, marketplace on Facebook. Especially, for UMB's students, the Flea market › on Facebook could be very useful.
By using these resources, you can directly get in contact with the apartment owners, explore different options, and negotiate rental terms that best suit your needs. However, it is essential to use caution and verify the legitimacy of the listings before finalizing any rental agreement.
NOTE
It is worth mentioning that many buildings in Białystok do not have elevators. If this is important to you, we advise to mention it to the owner or the real estate agent before deciding to rent the apartment.Red Line Area: where classes are typically held
